Media Molecule has announced they will be releasing a free demo for Little Big Planet 2 on Dec 22 2010 on the PlayStation Network. The demo will be a story mode demo that allows players to "experience the swinging good fun of the Grapple Hook, rescue some helplessly adorable Sackbots, and see the chaotic multiplayer fun that blows up when competitive scoring mode and some Creatinators armed with rockets are combined."
In addition, for those of you that purchased Sony's Move (motion controlled remote), you can download Prehistoric Moves on Dec 15 2010, a stand-alone, Move-enabled co-op only game. This requires one player to have a Move controller, while others will be forced to play with the DualShocks: "The player with the PlayStation Move controller leads the way, flicking switches and triggering platforms to help others, using DualShock controllers, through each level." Prehistoric Moves will also be included on the Little Big Planet 2 disc for free.
